Vermont High School Basketball - Mt. St. Joseph Academy nudges Enosburg Falls
January 12, 2024: Rutland, VT 05701 Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave (Rutland, VT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Enosburg Falls Hornets (Enosburg Falls, VT), 47-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mt. St. Joseph Academy upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Green Wave travel to Arlington Memorial (Arlington, VT) to clash with the Eagles in a Southern Vermont - D bout on Monday, January 15. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Arlington Memorial lost 59-28 in their recent league bout against Poultney (Poultney, VT)
Next up, the Hornets clash with the Richford Falcons (Richford, VT) in a Mountain bout, on Monday, January 15. Enosburg Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 40-38 non-league win over Twinfield (Plainfield, VT).
