Oregon High School Basketball - North Douglas overwhelms Glendale
January 12, 2024: Drain, OR 97435 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the North Douglas (Drain, OR) and the visiting Glendale Pirates (Glendale, OR), saw North Douglas's basketball squad wallop Glendale by a tally of 95-33.
With the victory, North Douglas improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The travel to Powers (Powers, OR) to play the Cruisers in a 1A Skyline challenge on Friday, January 19. The Cruisers come into the challenge with a record of 3-11. Powers lost 58-26 in their recent league challenge against New Hope Christian (Grants Pass, OR)
Next up, the Pirates play the Elkton Elks (Elkton, OR) in a 1A Skyline challenge, on Monday, January 15. Glendale will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Elks come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 55-29 league win over Days Creek (Days Creek, OR).
