January 12, 2024: Fort Collins, CO 80521 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO) and the host Poudre Impalas (Fort Collins, CO), saw Monarch's basketball squad wallop Poudre by a tally of 71-34.
With the victory, Monarch improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO) to play the Lobos in a 6A Front Range challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Rocky Mountain won 60-56 in their recent league challenge against Fairview (Boulder, CO)
Next up, the Impalas play the Fairview Knights (Boulder, CO) in a 6A Front Range challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Poudre will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 60-56 league loss to Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO).
