Washington High School Basketball - South Kitsap holds off Emerald Ridge
January 12, 2024: South Hill, WA 98374 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the South Kitsap Wolves (Port Orchard, WA) and the host Emerald Ridge Jaguars (South Hill, WA), saw South Kitsap's basketball squad hold off Emerald Ridge by a tally of 42-41.
With the victory, South Kitsap improves its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Wolves host Sumner (Sumner, WA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. Sumner won 53-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles (Graham, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Emerald Ridge will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 48-38 non-league win over Rogers (Puyallup, WA).
