Rivercrest Colts (Wilson, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Corning Bobcats (Corning, AR), 64-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Rivercrest upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Colts travel to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR) to clash with the Hornets in a 3A Region 3 bout on Monday, January 15. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 12-6.

Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Piggott Mohawks (Piggott, AR) in a 3A Region 3 bout, on Monday, January 15. Corning will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record.
