Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Glendale Vikings (Flinton, PA) and the visiting West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA), saw Glendale's basketball squad hold off West Branch by a tally of 43-37.

With the victory, Glendale improves its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA) to confront the Hornets in a Inter County - North challenge on Monday, January 15. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Juniata Valley lost 42-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Tyrone (Tyrone, PA)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) in a Moshannon Valley challenge, on Monday, January 15.
