In Friday's non-league outing, the McDowell Titans (Marion, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Enka Jets (Enka, NC), by a count of 53-5.

The Titans (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Erwin (Asheville, NC). The Warriors go into the outing with a 0-6 record.

The Jets now hold a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to North Buncombe for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 17. Enka will clash with a Black Hawks squad coming off a 63-15 non-league loss to McDowell (Marion, NC). The Black Hawks record now stands at 0-6.
