Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) and the host Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA), saw Midlothian's basketball squad wallop Powhatan by a count of 49-15.

With the victory, Midlothian upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Richmond City School of the Arts (Richmond, VA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-7.

Next up, the Indians play the L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 17. Powhatan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
