January 12, 2024: Houston, TX 77044 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the King Panthers (Houston, TX) and the visiting Katy Tigers (Katy, TX), saw King's soccer squad get by Katy by a margin of 2-1.
The Panthers now sport a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Seven Lakes for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. King will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Nimitz (Houston, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Katy drops to 1-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Tompkins (Katy, TX) to meet the Falcons in a 6A Region 3 District 19 test on Tuesday, January 16. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 5-1. Tompkins 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Guyer (Denton, TX)
