Michigan High School Basketball - Lutheran North nudges Bishop Foley
January 13, 2022: Macomb, MI 48042 Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI), 43-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lutheran North upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Loyola (Detroit, MI) to clash with the Bull Dogs in a Catholic AA bout on Friday, January 21. The Bull Dogs go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Loyola lost 61-56 in their recent non-league bout against Oak Park (Oak Park, MI)
Next up, the Ventures clash with the Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 15. Bishop Foley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Maples go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 48-27 non-league loss to Troy (Troy, MI).
