Oregon High School Basketball - Amity crushes Taft
January 13, 2023: Amity, OR 97101 Amity Warriors (Amity, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR), 69-46 in a league bout.
With the win, Amity upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Warriors host Western Christian (Salem, OR) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 10-3.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Jefferson Lions (Jefferson, OR) in a 3A PacWest bout, on Thursday, January 19. Taft will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record.
