Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Calvin Cougars (Calvin, LA) and the visiting Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, LA), saw Calvin's basketball squad overcome Georgetown by a tally of 54-37.

With the victory, Calvin improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Saline (Saline, LA) to confront the Bobcats in a C District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-10.
