January 13, 2023: Niles, MI 49120 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Edwardsburg Eddies (Edwardsburg, MI) and the host Niles Vikings (Niles, MI), saw Edwardsburg's basketball squad hold off Niles by a tally of 54-50.
With the victory, Edwardsburg improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Eddies host Paw Paw (Paw Paw, MI) to play the Red Wolves in a Wolverine B challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Red Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Paw Paw lost 79-63 in their recent league challenge against Three Rivers (Three Rivers, MI)
Next up, the Vikings play the Vicksburg Bulldogs (Vicksburg, MI) in a Wolverine B challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Niles will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 44-41 league win over Sturgis (Sturgis, MI).
