California High School Basketball - Samueli Academy ripped by Garey
January 13, 2023: Santa Ana, CA 92706 The Garey Vikings basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Samueli Academy Firewolves to 35 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edgewood for a Miramonte contest on Tuesday, January 17. Garey will battle a Lions team coming off a 70-4 league win over Ganesha (Pomona, CA). The Lions record now stands at 14-4.
The Firewolves (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Acaciawood (Anaheim, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Acaciawood was routed by Avalon (Avalon, CA), 48-47, in a league contest.
