In Friday's league outing, the Pinecrest Academy Paladins (Cumming, GA) basketball squad felled the visiting Young Americans Christian Eagles (Conyers, GA), by a margin of 55-46.

The Paladins (7-8) will now prepare for their outing against Lakeview Academy (Gainesville, GA). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 7-9 record. In their last outing, Lakeview Academy thwarted Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA), 86-62, in a league outing.

The Eagles now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host Killian Hill Christian for a GAPPS - I-AAA Region 2 outing on Tuesday, January 17.
