Maryland High School Basketball - Western overwhelmed by Poly

The Poly Engineers basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Western to 30 in the Engineers league victory on Friday.

The Engineers now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pallotti for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Poly will battle a Panthers team coming off a 62-41 league win over Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 12-4.

The (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD). The Lions come into the Interstate Athletic contest with a 2-10 record.
