Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA), 48-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, Verdugo Hills upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Arleta (Arleta, CA) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 4-8. Arleta won 46-22 in their recent league bout against Chavez (San Fernando, CA)
