Alaska High School Basketball - Kodiak knocked off by Monroe Catholic
January 13, 2024: Kodiak, AK 99615 The Monroe Catholic Rams basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Kodiak Bears to 42 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Rams now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ben Eielson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16. Monroe Catholic will meet a Ravens team coming off a 56-17 non-league loss to North Pole (North Pole, AK). The Ravens record now stands at 1-6.
The Bears (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Colony (Palmer, AK). The Knights enter the 4A Northern Lights contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Colony ran past Palmer (Palmer, AK), 67-58, in a league contest.
