The Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets (Henrietta, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Mendon Vikings (Pittsford, NY), 67-54 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Royal Comets (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Fairport (Fairport, NY). The Red Raiders go into the Section 5 Monroe 1 test with a 5-2 record.

The Vikings now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Brockport for a Section 5 Monroe 3 test on Wednesday, January 17. Mendon will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 81-51 league loss to Greece Athena (Rochester, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-9.
