The Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Union Farmers (Union, NJ), 53-41 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Hilltoppers (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Pioneer Academy (Wayne, NJ). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Pioneer Academy notched a victory over Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 61-40, in a non-league test.

The Farmers now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Plainfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Union will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 85-39 non-league win over Perth Amboy (Perth Amboy, NJ). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-5.
