New Jersey High School Basketball - Kearny can't hold off Passaic County Tech
January 13, 2024: Wayne, NJ 07470 The Passaic County Tech Bulldogs basketball team scored 34 points and held the visiting Kearny Kardinals to 32 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyndhurst for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Passaic County Tech will battle a Golden Bears team coming off a 54-18 league win over Harrison (Harrison, NJ). The Golden Bears record now stands at 9-3.
The Kardinals (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Newark Vocational (Newark, NJ). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Newark Vocational was nudged by American History (Newark, NJ), 45-16, in a league contest.
