Alaska High School Ice Hockey - Kenai Central knocks off Kodiak
January 13, 2024: Kodiak, AK 99615 Kenai Central Kardinals (Kenai, AK) fans left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host Kodiak Bears (Kodiak, AK), 12-2 in a league test.
The Kardinals (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Palmer (Palmer, AK). The Moose come into the Northern Lights game with a 12-5 record. In their last game, Palmer was overwhelmed by Houston (Big Lake, AK), 3-1, in a non-league game.
With the defeat, Kodiak moves to 7-8 on the season. The Bears travel to Palmer (Palmer, AK) to battle the Moose in a Northern Lights game on Friday, January 26. The Moose go into the contest with a record of 12-5.
