January 13, 2025: Cedar Falls, IA The English Valleys Bears (North English, IA) basketball crushed the host Valley Lutheran Crusaders (Cedar Falls, IA), 62-27 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 3-11 record. They play next when they host Montezuma for a South Iowa Cedar bout on Tuesday, January 14. English Valleys will play a Braves team coming off a 78-39 league win over Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, IA). The Braves record now stands at 11-1.
