California High School Basketball - Palm Desert thwarts Shadow Hills
January 13, 2025: Palm Desert, CA 92260 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) and the visiting Shadow Hills Knights (Indio, CA), observed Palm Desert's basketball team knock off Shadow Hills by a score of 50-36.
The Aztecs (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Palm Springs (Palm Springs, CA). The Indians come into the challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Palm Springs prevailed over Xavier Prep (Palm Desert, CA), 63-19, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Knights encounter the Rancho Mirage Rattlers (Rancho Mirage, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Shadow Hills will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Rattlers come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 60-21 non-league loss to Liberty (Winchester, CA).
