Michigan High School Basketball - Lutheran Northwest can't hold off Armada
January 13, 2025: Rochester Hills, MI 48309 Armada Tigers (Armada, MI) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI), 48-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Armada advances its record to 7-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Richmond (Richmond, MI) to face the Blue Devils in a Blue Water Area match on Tuesday, January 14. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 3-6. Richmond lost 33-22 in their recent league match against North Branch (North Branch, MI)
The Crusaders now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakland Christian for a Michigan Independent - Blue match on Tuesday, January 14. Lutheran Northwest will face a Lancers squad coming off a 62-20 non-league win over Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Lancers record now stands at 8-2.
