Virginia High School Basketball - James River Midlothian knocks off Midlothian
January 13, 2025: Midlothian, VA 23113 In Monday's league contest, the host James River Midlothian Rapids basketball team scored a good 54-43 win over the Midlothian Trojans.
The Rapids (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Powhatan (Powhatan, VA). The Indians come into the Dominion contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Powhatan was topped by L.C. Bird (Chesterfield, VA), 64-29, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the Richmond City School of the Arts Bulldogs (Richmond, VA) in a Dominion contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Midlothian will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 74-5 league loss to Powhatan (Powhatan, VA).
