January 13, 2025: Broomfield, CO 80023 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO) and the host Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO), observed Skyline's basketball team overwhelm Legacy by a score of 67-34.
The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Niwot (Niwot, CO). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Niwot was routed by Fairview (Boulder, CO), 65-27, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Lightning battle the Frederick Golden Eagles (Frederick, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Legacy will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
