In Friday's non-league outing, the Denver West Cowboys (Denver, CO) basketball squad nipped the visiting Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO), by a margin of 41-38.

The Cowboys (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Jefferson (Edgewater, CO). The Saints go into the non-league outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Jefferson was tipped by Middle Park (Granby, CO), 73-40, in a league outing.
