Washington High School Basketball - Bush thwarts Concordia Christian Academy
January 14, 2023: Seattle, WA 98112 The Bush Blazers (Seattle, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Concordia Christian Academy Hawks (Tacoma, WA), 56-42 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Blazers (5-6) will now prepare for their test against South Whidbey (Langley, WA). The Falcons go into the 1A Emerald Sound test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, South Whidbey went down by Sultan (Sultan, WA), 66-62, in a league test.
The Hawks now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Sound Christian for a 1B/2B Sea-Tac test on Tuesday, January 17. Concordia Christian Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 41-30 non-league win over North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA). The Lions record now stands at 12-2.
