January 14, 2023: Colts Neck, NJ 07722 The Colts Neck Cougars (Colts Neck, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ), 58-36 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Rumson-Fair Haven (Rumson, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the Shore A - Central test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Rumson-Fair Haven was trounced by St. Peter's Prep (Jersey City, NJ), 52-20, in a non-league test.
The Garnet Gulls now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Asbury Park for a Shore B - Central test on Tuesday, January 17.
