Ohio High School Basketball - Dunbar nips Pickerington North
January 14, 2023: Pickerington, OH 43147 Dunbar Wolverines (Dayton, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Pickerington North Panthers (Pickerington, OH), 58-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dunbar upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Stivers School for the Arts (Dayton, OH) to play the Tigers in a Dayton Public bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Stivers School for the Arts lost 75-54 in their recent non-league bout against Greeneview (Jamestown, OH)
Next up, the Panthers play the Westerville Central Warhawks (Westerville, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Ohio bout, on Friday, January 20. Pickerington North will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Warhawks go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 41-39 non-league loss to St. Charles (Columbus, OH).
