Minnesota High School Basketball - La Crescent tops Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau
January 14, 2023: La Crescent, MN 55947 La Crescent Lancers (La Crescent, MN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau Red Hawks (Galesville, WI), 73-55 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, La Crescent upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, January 16. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 5-6. Wabasha-Kellogg lost 68-59 in their recent non-league bout against Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN)
Next up, the Red Hawks play the Viroqua Blackhawks (Viroqua, WI) in a Coulee bout, on Thursday, January 19. Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
