Ohio High School Basketball - North Royalton fells Garfield
January 14, 2023: Akron, OH 44301 North Royalton Bears (North Royalton, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Garfield Rams (Akron, OH), 51-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Royalton upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Bears host Nordonia (Macedonia, OH) to play the Knights in a Suburban - National bout on Friday, January 20. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Nordonia lost 74-56 in their recent league bout against Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH)
Next up, the Rams play the Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Garfield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Black Tigers go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 66-50 non-league win over Canton South (Canton, OH).
