Ohio High School Basketball - Huron crushes Norwalk
January 14, 2023: Huron, OH 44839 Huron Tigers (Huron, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Norwalk Truckers (Norwalk, OH), 70-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Huron upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Margaretta (Castalia, OH) to play the Polar Bears in a Sandusky Bay - Bay bout on Friday, January 20. The Polar Bears come into the bout with a record of 9-4. Margaretta won 70-63 in their recent non-league bout against Genoa Area (Genoa, OH)
Next up, the Truckers play the Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Lake bout, on Friday, January 20. Norwalk will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Pirates come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 66-62 non-league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH).
