Alabama High School Basketball - Tupelo Christian Prep overwhelmed by Lexington
January 14, 2023: Lexington, AL 35648 The Lexington Golden Bears basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles to 24 in the Golden Bears non-league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Bears now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lindsay Lane Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 2.
The Eagles (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Vardaman (Vardaman, MS). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 0-16 record. In their last contest, Vardaman was routed by Okolona (Okolona, MS), 57-46, in a league contest.
