California High School Basketball - Saratoga thwarts St. Joseph Notre Dame
January 14, 2023: Alameda, CA 94501 The Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA) basketball knocked off the host St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots (Alameda, CA), 59-47 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Falcons (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA). The Wildcats go into the Santa Clara Valley - De Anza test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Los Gatos notched a victory over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA), 49-33, in a league test.
The Pilots now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Berkeley for a West Alameda County - Foothill test on Wednesday, January 18. St. Joseph Notre Dame will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 52-34 non-league win over California (San Ramon, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 12-5.
