The West Point-Beemer Cadets basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Tekamah-Herman Tigers to 49 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cadets now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Calhoun for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. West Point-Beemer will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 64-45 non-league loss to Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-6.

The Tigers (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Oakland-Craig (Oakland, NE). The Knights enter the C2 District 3 contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Oakland-Craig ran past Lyons-Decatur Northeast (Lyons, NE), 52-37, in a non-league contest.
