January 14, 2023: Gladstone, NJ 07934 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Gill St. Bernard's Knights (Gladstone, NJ) and the visiting Central Golden Eagles (Springfield, MA), saw Gill St. Bernard's's basketball squad hold off Central by a tally of 37-31.
With the victory, Gill St. Bernard's improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Hillsborough won 65-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Colonie Central Raiders (Albany, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, January 15. Central will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 57-54 non-league loss to Archbishop Molloy (Queens, NY).
