Kentucky High School Basketball - Holmes overwhelmed by Raceland
January 14, 2023: Raceland, KY 41169 The Raceland Rams basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Holmes Bulldogs to 38 in the Rams non-league victory on Saturday.
The Rams now sport a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Russell for a District 63 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Raceland will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 58-29 league win over Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Red Devils record now stands at 11-7.
The Bulldogs (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Cooper (Union, KY). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Cooper triumphed over Ryle (Union, KY), 63-58, in a league contest.
