Maine High School Basketball - North Haven knocked off by Searsport
January 14, 2023: North Haven, ME 04853 The Searsport Vikings basketball team scored 58 points and held the host North Haven Hawks to 39 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piscataquis for a C North contest on Tuesday, January 17. Searsport will battle a Pirates team coming off a 29-26 league loss to Penquis Valley (Milo, ME). The Pirates record now stands at 5-5.
The Hawks (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME). The Eagles enter the D South contest with a 1-5 record.
