New Jersey High School Basketball - Somerville trounces West Windsor-Plainsboro North
January 14, 2023: Somerville, NJ 08876 The Somerville Pioneers (Somerville, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights (Plainsboro, NJ), 48-25 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Mount St. Mary Academy (Watchung, NJ). The Lions go into the Skyland - Valley test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Mount St. Mary Academy walloped Moore Catholic (Staten Island, NY), 38-35, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Robbinsville for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. West Windsor-Plainsboro North will encounter a Ravens squad coming off a 47-22 non-league win over Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ). The Ravens record now stands at 7-4.
