January 14, 2023: Mission, SD 57555 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Todd County Falcons (Mission, SD) and the visiting St. Francis Indian Warriors (St. Francis, SD), saw Todd County's basketball squad overcome St. Francis Indian by a tally of 64-44.
With the victory, Todd County improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Falcons host Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD) to confront the Tatanka in a A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Tatanka come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Lakota Tech lost 58-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Crofton (Crofton, NE)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Flandreau Indian Indians (Flandreau, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 16. St. Francis Indian will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 47-46 non-league loss to Takini (Howes, SD).
