January 14, 2023: Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Winter Haven Blue Devils (Winter Haven, FL) and the host Mainland Buccaneers (Daytona Beach, FL), saw Winter Haven's basketball squad wallop Mainland by a tally of 73-45.
With the victory, Winter Haven improves its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Victory Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL) to play the Storm in a challenge on Monday, January 23. The Storm come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Victory Christian Academy won 59-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Auburndale (Auburndale, FL)
Next up, the Buccaneers play the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs (Palm Coast, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Mainland will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 50-18 non-league win over Global Outreach Charter Academy (Jacksonville, FL).
