Ohio High School Basketball - Mt. Healthy can't get by Clark Montessori
January 14, 2025: Cincinnati, OH 45231 Clark Montessori Cougars (Cincinnati, OH) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls (Cincinnati, OH), 49-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Clark Montessori advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (Cincinnati, OH) to meet the Eagles in a Miami Valley - Miami match on Thursday, January 16. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-2.
The Fighting Owls now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Talawanda for a Southwest Ohio match on Friday, January 17. Mt. Healthy will meet a Brave squad coming off a 47-27 non-league win over Cincinnati Christian (Fairfield, OH). The Brave record now stands at 4-8.
