Oklahoma High School Basketball - Wayne holds off Davis
January 14, 2025: Davis, OK 73030 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Wayne Bulldogs basketball team scored a close 52-47 triumph over the Davis Wolves.
The Bulldogs (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Stratford (Stratford, OK). The Bulldogs go into the Big 8 contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Stratford nipped Dibble (Dibble, OK), 56-50, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wolves confront the Coalgate Wildcats (Coalgate, OK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Davis will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 1-9 record after their 77-50 non-league loss to Valliant (Valliant, OK).
