With the victory, Tahlequah upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Edison (Tulsa, OK) to face the Eagles in a 5A District 4 match on Friday, January 17. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 5-8. Edison won 64-42 in their recent league match against Pryor (Pryor, OK)
The Lions now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Will Rogers College for a 5A District 4 match on Friday, January 17. Durant will face a Ropers squad coming off a 52-49 league win over Coweta (Coweta, OK). The Ropers record now stands at 10-2.
