January 14, 2025: West Salem, OH 44287 The Northwestern Huskies (West Salem, OH) basketball edged the visiting Mansfield Christian Flames (Mansfield, OH), 58-55 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Huskies now possess a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Dalton for a Wayne County bout on Friday, January 17. Northwestern will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 73-60 non-league win over Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Mansfield Christian falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Flames host Crestline (Crestline, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a Mid-Buckeye bout on Friday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Crestline lost 70-54 in their recent non-league bout against Danville (Danville, OH)
