The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. Edward's Pirates (Vero Beach, FL) and the visiting Morningside Academy Eagles (Port St. Lucie, FL), observed St. Edward's's basketball team edge Morningside Academy by a score of 54-53.

The Pirates (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Benjamin (Palm Beach Gardens, FL). The Buccaneers come into the Palm challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Benjamin edged Pine (Stuart, FL), 49-38, in a non-league challenge.
