Massachusetts High School Basketball - Brockton knocks off New Bedford
January 14, 2025: Brockton, MA 02301 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) and the visiting New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA), observed Brockton's basketball team overcome New Bedford by a score of 58-45.
The Boxers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Weymouth defeated Framingham (Framingham, MA), 62-44, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Whalers battle the Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. New Bedford will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record.
