Washington High School Basketball - Tumwater holds off Black Hills
January 14, 2025: Tumwater, WA 98512 The Tumwater Thunderbirds basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Black Hills Wolves to 49 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderbirds now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Aberdeen for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Tumwater will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 56-42 non-league loss to WF West (Chehalis, WA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Black Hills falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Centralia (Centralia, WA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 4-9. Centralia lost 44-38 in their recent non-league game against Shelton (Shelton, WA)
